Droplet LP3.1 is designed to offers most of the Liu+ST100 combo's qualities in a lower priced, smaller  entry level compact package. As an affordable version of the award winning Droplet LP5.0 turntable, inheriting the precision stainless steel bearing, German AC motor drive system ,and one-piece machined acrylic platter from Liu, fitted with smaller Droplet shape Multilayer sub chassis to offer amazing value for money.  Double graphite rings hold the spindle bearing, of both  turntable and ST100 tone-arm, working as a sandwich hard damping system. The whole system sits on 3 stainless steel adjustable balancing feet to ensure the deck is precisely level. Stainless steel watch grade high precision bearing  (±0.1mm) Incorporating a floatation bearing design that suspends the platter on a high rigidity industrial ceramic ball bearing and cushion to reduce friction. Wow and Flutter: Less than 0.2.
Rumble: Greater than 80dB down.
Speed accuracy: Within 0.01%.
Motor AC power connection : 220V~240V 50Hz .

Control: Power supply,speed concontrol (33+45rpm) with fine speed adjustment mounted off plinth in a separate chassis for complete decoupling of motor and bearing vibrations.

Speed control box for turntable AC motor This model is a speed control system that adjusts the frequency for an AC motor. AC IN and AC OUT can accept 115V and 230V through the switch. The speed control can be adjusted, by screwdriver, through a POT located inside a small opening on the front.
